F for Food


A 3-part food, art, philosophy and technology project, comprising a TEDx talk (2013), an essay (2015) and a dinner-performance TV show (to be premiered late in 2016). The TEDx talk was presented at Plataforma das Artes (Guimarães, Portugal) in February 2013 within the frame of a food & culture series of talks. In 2015, a namesake essay was published in Viral Agenda, one of the online food writing projects Chef Rø is involved with. The themes addressed in the latter are going to be transformed into an interactive dinner-performance TV show. More info soon!
